Tyler Gun Works, the Texas based operation known for creating some of the world's most exceptional custom firearms, has brought to market a line of pistols modeled after America's Warhorse for over a century - the Model of 1911.

Unmatched Performance

Unmatched Craftsmanship

Each pistol comes standard with a lightweight aluminum trigger, ambidextrous thumb safeties, and a Tyler Gun Works custom hammer that features the State of Texas prominently from either side.

The forged steel slides on Tyler Gun Works custom 1911 pistols feature front and rear cocking serrations for ease of operation under any circumstances. Utilizing 11 degree crowned match grade baarrels and the reliable GI guide rod system, each slide flat is polished to accentuate the model name as well as an ingraved American Flag on one side and "In God We Trust" on the reverse. Each model features a 'Novak' style rear sight and dovetailed front sight featuring a brass bead.

Precision Forged

Each model begins contstruction with a forged steel frame, adorned with all the modern features a fine 1911 pistol must possess. Featuring a milled front strap and steel milled mainspring housing, all the internal parts are made from CNC machined steel and are hand fit for precise operation. Carry models feature a Bobtail style mainspring housing to ease with concealability and comfort while being carried. An extended beavertail grip safety combined with a recessed and chamfered slide stop offer additional custom touches.

ALL CARTRIDGE FIREARMS MUST SHIP DIRECTLY TO AN FFL DEALER. The actual transferee (the person who will be retrieving the firearm from the receiving FFL) must be the same name associated with the order. All billing information (including buyer’s name and billing address) must be the same as well. We are not able to make changes, and should we suspect a fraudulent purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This applies to both firearm and non-firearm purchases.

States have different rules and regulations for firearm and ammunition sales and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to check your local state, county, and city regulations PRIOR to purchasing.

We do not substitute or remove magazines, make alterations to firearms, or ship to areas where items are prohibited. PLEASE DO NOT purchase firearms with large capacity magazines if they are not allowed in your area.

It is the responsibility of the customer to locate and provide an FFL for shipping. Once payment and FFL info is verified, we will ship via FedEx to the FFL provided. Tracking info is provided via the email provided in the order. FFL’s can be emailed to info@tascosamachine.com and reference your order number.
